It almost seems like the entire world is on a fitness fad these days! I mean, wherever you look, everyone’s either discussing paleo diets or keto diets or talking about how CrossFit helps you keep plateaus at bay as opposed to the same routine at the gym every day. And while we are not saying that it’s a bad thing, sometimes it just becomes very overwhelming trying to keep up with what fitness has come to mean these days. However, we feel that sometimes, in this mad rush to keep up with what’s trending in fitness currently, we lose touch with what actually makes a difference when it comes to being fit.
